1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Agenzia in Cloud. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our SaaS platform for real estate agency management.

By using our services, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Agenzia in Cloud provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that includes:

• CRM Management: leads, clients, and appointments
• Property Management: property catalog with photos, videos, and documentation
• Public Websites: customized websites for each agency
• Contract Management: templates, PDF generation, and archiving
• Multi-branch: management of multiple offices and branches
• Affiliate System: referral tracking and commissions
• Analytics: advanced reporting and statistics

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be authorized to represent the organization
• A valid email is required for registration

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You must keep access credentials confidential
• Immediately notify of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities conducted with your account

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Available Plans

We offer different subscription plans with varying features and limits:

• Trial: 14-day free trial (limited features)
• Basic: for individual or small agencies
• Professional: for medium agencies with multiple agents
• Enterprise: for large networks with advanced needs

4.2 Billing

• Payments are monthly or annual, your choice
• Prices are in Euros (EUR)
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Invoices are available in your account area
• Renewals are automatic unless canceled

4.3 Refunds

• Trial: no charge during trial period
• 30-day refund: if not satisfied in first 30 days, full refund
• After 30 days: no refund for already billed subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the platform to:

• Manage your real estate agency
• Store client and property data (with client consent)
• Create your agency's public website
• Generate contracts and legal documents

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate law: use service for illegal activities
• Damage system: hacking attempts, DDoS, or other attacks
• Spam: sending unauthorized mass emails
• Reverse engineering: decompile or attempt to extract source code
• Reselling: resell access without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

• Platform, code, design, and trademarks are owned by Agenzia in Cloud
• You retain ownership of data you upload
• You grant us limited license to process your data to provide service

7. Limitation of Liability

Service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages: loss of profits, opportunities, or data
• User content: data uploaded by you or your users
• Third parties: integrated services (Stripe, email providers, etc.)
• Force majeure: events beyond our control
